The three formed the joint venture back in 2006 after working with their dad and Asbury Automotive Group, with whom Jim formed a partnership in the late nineties to purchase dealerships.
Mr. Nalley retired in 2004, and the sons began their own family business once again, with traditional values and great customer service. However, in Atlanta, they had to leave the Nalley name behind as it legally belongs to Asbury.
